Clinical Practice Membership Upgrade

Any active subscription will qualify for the additional Black Friday discount. 

Yearly memberships: we will upgrade your membership and apply your previous payment as a credit. For example, if you paid $470/year for a primary care essentials membership, then we will upgrade you for only $279 ($749 - $470). After 12 months, your membership will renew at $749/year.

Quarterly memberships: we will upgrade your membership and apply your previous payment as a credit. For example, if you paid $149/quarter for a primary care essentials membership, then we will upgrade you for only $100 ($249 - $149). After 3 months, your membership will renew at $249/quarter.

Monthly memberships: we will upgrade your membership and apply your previous payment as a credit. For example, if you paid $49/month for a primary care essentials membership, then we will upgrade you for only $200 ($249 - $49). After 3 months, your membership will renew at $249/quarter.
