Waxhaw 101 is a citizens' academy designed to educate residents about our local government processes and provide an engaging, well-diverse, and interactive program. Appointed Town Officials, Department Directors and other Town Staff will host 7-8 weeks of unique and informative sessions giving residents a hands-on experience in our town's government operations. If you are interested in applying, please complete and submit this application for the February 2026 program (tentative). Waxhaw 101 is available to town residents and business owners with priority given to town residents.
