Career Pathways Zone Booth Request Form

Building on last year's event, we are excited to provide you with the opportunity to showcase your organization and programs to the 4,000+ students, regional stakeholders, job seekers, business professionals, technologists and media outlets that will be attending this event.
 
INTERACTIVE DEMOS OF ALL TYPES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
 
This form serves as your official booth space request for Robotics Discovery Day 2024. Our team will review your request, and follow up shortly with confirmation of your space and next steps, including an exhibitor guide and exhibitor contract. 
 
The event will occur on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, and there is no cost for your organization to participate. Load in will occur on Tuesday, November 19th.

We will need your organization's logo for event's website. A vector image with transparent background is preferred. Don't worry, if you are not able to upload you company logo right now, we will reach out to your preferred marketing contact to retrieve them.

Will you be bringing any type of demonstration?*
One of the goals of our event is to create a space for you to showcase your programs through interactive demonstrations that may include robots and software demonstrations. The following section will allow you to describe your booth assets.
The Pittsburgh Robotics Network is working with the venue to supply all exhibitor booths with:
  • 8’ Tall Back Wall Drape*
  • 3’ Tall Side Wall Drape*
  • 2’ x 6' Table
  • Wastebasket
  • 7 ’x 44” B&W Printed Booth ID Sign
  • 20 amp, 120 volt Electrical Outlet
  • Access to the shared exhibitor wifi network (30Mbps shared network)

    *Not included for 20’ x 20’ or larger island booths

Will your demonstration and display equipment require access to the freight loading dock for your setup and teardown? *

Convention center staff will be available to help haul materials at no cost to you.
In addition to your booth, would your organization be interested in learning more about other ways to participate in the event? Examples might include speaking opportunities, partnering with other groups, and on-site career advisement.
