We run weekly FREE training sessions on all things School Spider related.

Website Area Training

This 60 minute training session will go over all of the basics in School Spider including:

• How to add and edit website pages
• How to update your class page 
• Uploading media; images, files, video and audio 
• Adding events, news, blogs or galleries to your website
• All other basics to get started on School Spider

Parents Area Training

This 60 minute training session will go over all of our parent communication tools, excluding the payment system

• How to get set up and get parents logged into the app including how to integrate with your MIS
• Creating and managing parents' evenings 
• Sending messages to parents via email, smartphone and text
• How to create templates for your messages
• How to create and manage a survey or form 
• Managing absence requests
