Organisation Details

This the detail we use to draft a project brief for your students to work on. Please provide as much detail as you can to help contextualise your organisation for your team.

Scope of  Work and Organisational Context

The project scope for this program is:

  • Outline your organisation & your target audience
  • Evaluate your existing social media presence (if you already have social media channels)
  • Research and evaluate best social media practices of comparable organisations with similar target audiences, using appropriate social media metrics and secondary sources.
  • Outline suggested key steps to improve your future social media presence based on research and industry trends.

If you need to adjust this project scope, please include that in the Other details for Project Field.

Secondary research or desk research is a research method that involves using already existing data. Existing data is summarized and collated to increase the overall effectiveness of research. Secondary research includes research material published in research reports and similar documents. These documents can be made available by public libraries, websites, data obtained from already filled in surveys etc. Some government and non-government agencies also store data, that can be used for research purposes and can be retrieved from them.
