Student Training Absence Notice 

Any existing bookings must still be cancelled through the Cancellation Reporting form. Communication of absence received outside of the Student Training Absence Notice or Cancellation Reporting forms will not be considered proper notice and may result in penalty charges for bookings scheduled as per a students regular availability.

  • I understand that my training availability is my responsibility; not my instructors, and must be kept up to date with the administration team at SATC.
  • In the event of a change in my schedule, I will update and return the Training Availability Form to admin@springbankair.com 
  • I understand that if I do not communicate my time away or update of any extension from my original dates, and am absent from my training for a 30-day period or more, I will be removed from my instructor’s active student list. In wanting to return to training, SATC will do their best to accommodate, however, I am not guaranteed to have an immediate placement or instructor pairing and a meeting with management may be required.
