ORS Scholarship Application - Empowering Future Healthcare Professionals:

Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists (ORS) is a locally owned Physical Therapy company dedicated to fostering community relationships and helping people return to working, playing, and living healthy lives. For over 37 years we have been providing rehabilitation, injury care and prevention, and education to empower our communities to live a healthy, active lifestyle.

To give back to the communities we serve, ORS is proud to offer scholarships to deserving students who aspire to pursue a career in healthcare and exemplify our core values (Connection-Accountability-Respect-Environment-Service). We are particularly interested in students who want to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, with strong consideration given to those pursuing careers in physical therapy, physical therapy assistant, occupational therapy, or athletic training.

Future Scholarship Opportunities: Scholarship recipients who are admitted to an accredited physical therapy or athletic training program will have the chance to apply for additional scholarships of up to $2,000. This further financial support aims to help you achieve your academic and professional aspirations.

Requirements:

  • Must be graduating in Spring 2025.
  • Maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25.
  • Plan to pursue a degree in a healthcare profession (IE: PT, PTA, OT, AT).
  • Extracurricular activities, community service, and leadership experiences will be considered.

Application Process:

  • Complete the application form.
  • Respond to a series of questions about yourself, your background and your future goals as an allied health professional.

    Applications accepted through Friday March 28, 2025
Extracurricular activities are activities participated outside of their regular academic curriculum. These activities can be organized by the school or pursued individually and typically include: Sports, Arts, Clubs, Community Service, Leadership Roles, Work Experience, Hobbies
Refers to any instance where you have taken on the role of guiding, directing, or managing a group of people to achieve a common goal. This experience can come from various settings, not just formal job roles
