CESI Tour Request
The CESI Experience is a 1 hour and 45-minute tour with majority of the time spent on hands-on simulations prepared for High School students, giving a chance to immerse in healthcare careers.
Each school is allowed (1) one tour per school year.
If the requesting party is not a High School, please contact CESI@hhchealth.org regarding your request.


Tours for 2024-2025 school year is FULL.
Requests submitted will be placed on a waiting list for cancellations with no guarantees of booking.
Please be aware that any availability may lead to less than ideal scheduling time frames.

CESI Tour Agreement

CESI requires a non-digitally signed, completed waiver form which includes media release consent for all persons (students and adults) attending the tour. Click link for Waiver Form.
Completed, non-digitally signed waiver forms must be emailed to CESI no later than 7 business days of scheduled tour date. 
Visiting student groups may have 12 students minimum and 24 students maximum, with 1-4 accompanying faculty/chaperone. It is requested that any decrease or increase in the size of the student group is to be communicated as soon as it is known. If the student group does not meet the set student range, the tour must be rescheduled immediately.
Requests to cancel must be made no later than 3 business days of scheduled tour date.Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of rescheduling for the remainder of the school year.
