For valuable consideration, I hereby irrevocably consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by the Peralta Community College District, Department of Marketing, Communication & Public Relations, and/or Peralta TV, the producer, the photographer or anyone authorized by Peralta of any and all video and/or photography which has been taken of me, proof, outtakes or otherwise, for any purpose whatsoever without further compensation to me or my heirs. All images shall be property of the Peralta Community College District, Department of Public Information, Communications and Media, Peralta TV and/or its assignees solely, in perpetuity throughout the universe.
