Alamance Farmers’ Mutual is a preferred and standard risk homeowners insurance carrier.
Our underwriting risk appetite consists of the following:
Risks that are west of the Interstate 95 corridor due to AFM not being members of the NC Coastal Property Insurance Pool.
Risks with Coverage A values greater than $150,000 and less than $750,000, with a preferred range between $250,000-$450,000.
Risks that are claims free, well maintained, owner occupied, and applicants that have credit scores that are above neutral.
