Terms and conditions

This event is open to existing corporate members of the WPA and their guests. If you book a table or seat/s for this event and resign your membership, or membership of the association is terminated (for any reason) prior to the event, you will forfeit your table or seat/s and will not be refunded. All invoices must be paid within 30 days, or immediately if the event is within that period for your booking to be guaranteed.

To cancel a booking please notify our events team by email to wpadinner@snookevents.co.uk Proof of sending is not proof of receipt, so please do ensure you keep a record that confirmation of your cancellation has been received. If you have any issues securing a response please call 020 7630 1782. Please note that bookings cancelled within eight weeks of the event date will incur a 100% charge of the total cost. Refunds for cancellations prior to this are subject to a 20% administration fee.

Booking Information

Ticket Price – £350.00 per person plus VAT (includes champagne reception, half bottle of wine per person + water)

Bookings, Beverages, Guest Names & Dietary Requirements
Upon receipt of your booking form you will receive a confirmation email of your booking and VAT invoice shortly thereafter. All invoices must be paid prior to the event.

Additional beverages will be available to purchase via card payment during the event. 

A complete list of guest names and their dietary requirements will be required by Snook Events no later than Friday 11 April 2025 for inclusion in the digital brochure.
