The Indian Administrative Fellowship (IAF) is an 18-month initiative designed to accelerate the adoption of innovative technologies within public systems. This program offers a unique platform for collaboration between senior civil servants and experienced corporate executives to co-create and implement large-scale, strategic government programs. The Fellowship is now live with its third cohort in Karnataka, in partnership with the Government of Karnataka.

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 15 years in senior leadership roles (CXO, VP, GM) with a proven track record in spearheading transformational tech-focused projects.
• Sectoral Expertise: Demonstrated success across various sectors, particularly in consulting, technology, corporate leadership or entrepreneurship.
• Relocation & Travel: Fellows will be based out of Bengaluru, Karnataka with occasional travel throughout the Fellowship tenure.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Kannada will be desirable.
