Your nominated Independent invigilator must meet the following criteria:
1. They must be an Independent third and neutral party and not related to you in any manner.
2. They must not be involved or have a background with condition monitoring or reliability-based maintenance and/or mechanical engineering in any manner, currently or previously.

You may choose a Human Resources Representative, Training Coordinator, University or Community College exam center, or any authorized person that meets the Invigilator criteria set forth in these statements.

Independently Invigilated Exams must be completed online. If you are unable to complete the exam using the online method, please contact MobiusSupport@mobiusinstitute.com to discuss your options.

• Please ensure that your nominated invigilator meets the required invigilator requirements as stated above.
• Please ensure that your nominated invigilator has agreed to supervise your exam session for the entire duration of the exam.
• Please ensure that you follow all of the required examination conditions and rules during the exam session.

If these rules and conditions are not met your exam will be deemed invalid and you will be required to retake the exam.

To maintain the security and integrity of the exam, it is a requirement that the exam process be video recorded.
If the session is not video recorded as per the instructions, your exam will be deemed invalid.

The invigilator MUST NOT be a close relative, manager or direct report supervisor and MUST be a third and neutral party only. You may choose a Human Resource Representative, Training Coordinator, University or Community College exam center, or any authorized person that meets the Invigilator criteria set forth in these statements.

We will review and verify that your nominated invigilator does meet the requirements upon application. Your application will be denied if your invigilator does not meet the requirements.

If it is found that you have provided misleading information on this application, your application will be denied and it may be deemed that you cannot use the independent examination process to take your exam, and you will be required to to take your exam at a MIBoC approved examination centre.
