MMNA Education Loan Application
2nd Installment

Eligibility for 2nd installment:

  • After the 1 year of the 1st installment AND
  • Student goes to the next academic year


Imp Note: 

Before you start submitting this form, make sure you have collected all the required info, documents, and email from your life member who referred you.

Steps before you submit this form:

1: Write an email to the MMNA Life Member who referred you and CC mmna.education@gmail.com in that same email. Mention the details about the previous loan installment, i.e.

  • Amount Received:
  • Date received:
  • Academic year you were in:
  • Share, in brief, your achievements and how 1st installment helped you (Optional) :
And request the MMNA Life member to go over this info and reply ‘All’ to continue the email chain stating that:
  • The above info looks good and the education committee can proceed to release the funds for the next installment.
  • If & when needed, I will help the MMNA Education Team to recover the loan amount from this student on time.

Once you receive the reply from the life member as mentioned above, submit this form:

2: Once MMNA Life Member replies to your email, print that email chain in PDF format and attach it to this form.
3: Make sure you provide the correct Zelle ID to transfer the funds
4: Read all points in the Declaration section below before you sign and submit the application

Make sure that all your files are in PDF format and name the files in format <First Name>-<Last Name>-<Docuement Type>.pdf ex: Rahul-Bajaj-LifeMemeberEmailReply.pdf. Please combine various documents into one single PDF file using a free PDF merging application.

Declaration

I hereby confirm that all the details stated above and, in the attachment, along with this application are correct. I also understand that financial assistance provided by MMNA is an interest-free (0% interest) loan for pursuing higher education.

- I will refund the total loan amount I received from MMNA Education Fellowship Initiative within 12 months after completion of my course. Otherwise, I understand that the loan amount may attract the interest of @8% per annum.

- Sometimes processing the loan application, verification, and transfer of the funds, may take up to 4-8 weeks. If it's urgent, please reach out to us at mmna.education@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +1 864.863.1010

 
- I will permit to use my name in any MMNA publications or presentations related to the education

- I will add your contact # to the WhatsApp grp, specifically created for the MMNA students 

- I will become a member of the MMNA organization (www.mmna.org) & will participate in the events conducted by the MMNA organization

- The MMNA education board can contact your referral/parents/guardians and will share the related info.

- I will also keep the MMNA Education Foundation office bearer informed about the progress of my studies and keep in touch with the local MMNA Chapter.

On a friendly note, it is important to recognize that MMNA is a non-profit organization, and all individuals involved in this initiative volunteer their time alongside their full-time jobs or businesses. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as they strive to deliver the best possible service.
