Experience Purpose: This three-day experience will focus on Empowering Latinas to Lead with Confidence and Create Impact in their Lives with a Jefa Leadership mindset.  
 
To unlock their potential and empower them to: 
  • Improving their understanding of themselves 
  • Adapt and connect better with others in and out of the workplace
  • Examine traditional cultural values and corporate values
  • Build a community that will support their growth
  • Leverage their Latinidad
  • Advocate for their needs through successful negotiation tips
  • Move the needle forward to close the Latina wage gap by putting negotiation into practice
