Play4TheCure Registration

To register your event for Play4The Cure® (“P4TC”), The National Foundation for Cancer Research (“NFCR”) requests that you first read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. NFCR has the right to review your P4TC web page and any team or fundraiser page created in connection with your event on the CrowdRise site (“Team Pages”) at any time.
2. You agree that all photographs, images or text posted on your Team Pages will belong to you or you will have received permission to post such photographs, images or text from the person or persons to whom they belong prior to posting.
3. NFCR grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the P4TCname, the P4TC official logo and any specific sub-domains assigned to your Team Pages, and the materials available for reproduction on the P4TC website (e.g., templates, posters, flyers, etc.) (collectively, the “IP”). The IP may only be used to promote your P4TC event and fundraising activities.All promotions of your P4TC fundraising activities must specifically state in a clear manner that pledges and donations solicited will be donated to NFCR.
4. You are solely responsible and liable for all aspects of your P4TC fundraising activities, including, the safe and lawful conduct of any activities, complying with all laws, and ensuring that such activities are conducted in a professional and legal manner.
5. YOU AGREE TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL INJURIES OR DAMAGES YOU MAY SUSTAIN OR CAUSE OTHERS TO SUSTAIN IN CONNECTION WITH ANY P4TC FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES, AND TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD NFCR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SPONSORS, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM SUCH INJURIES AND DAMAGES.
6. Within thirty (30) days of the completion of a P4TC fundraising event, all pledges/donations raised in connection with such event (except those pledges/donations made directly to NFCR via your Team Pages) must be forwarded by check to NFCR at the following address: 5515 Security Lane, Suite 1105, Rockville, MD 20852. In order for proper crediting to occur, include the name of the P4TC event­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­.
7. You agree to comply with the NFCR Terms of Use.
