IHI Return Form

In Order to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction Feury Image Group will happily accept returns of NEW, UNWORN, and UNWASHED products in their original packaging within 45 days from receipt of the items.

Embellished/Embroidered goods:
Feury Image Group does not accept returns for Embellished/Embroidered goods unless there is a garment defect or a fulfillment error on our part.

Pants/Boots:
Newly received, not washed or unworn items may be returned or exchanged. Shipping cost is not reimbursed for returns of convenience. Please fill out the form below. Once we receive the request, we will reach out to the supplier to get a return authorization number and adress. We will email that information to you. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the garments back to us or directly to the supplier. The customer needs to write in bold the RA# provided on all sides of the package that is being returned, or it will be rejected by the vendor.

A shipping return label will be provided for returns for a fulfillment error or product defect.
