PODCAST GUEST FORM

Takes 5-10 minutes to complete; only a few mandatory[*] questions😊

Thank you for your interest in being a guest on the Blended Workforces @Work podcast!

Blended Workforces are one of the hottest business strategies today, where employers are using a mix of traditional employees along with external resources like independent contractors, coaches, consultants, vendors and technology solutions.  Done right, blended workforces allow employers to enhance their company's industry competitiveness, infuse cost flexibility, expedite business goals and ensure long-term business viability.   Done wrong, blended workforces can cause internal chaos, financial losses, business disruption, and organizational dysfunction.

Since how to lead or manage blended workforces isn't taught in college or company training programs, companies are struggling with how to do it right and suppliers are struggling with how to best offer their goods and services without being annoying or bothersome. This podcast provides answers on how to make the business of blended workforces work for all, and features the best practices of those who've found success by doing it well.

Our podcast audience is largely made up of the mix of stakeholders who sit at the blended workforce table - from corporate executives to business owners to the vendors/suppliers that support them. We're
currently looking for guests who possess any one of the following profiles:
  • Company Executives/Broad Business Leaders/Private Equity or Venture Capital Executives who currently use or are contemplating using a type of blended workforce model at their organizations to enable their ability to quickly adapt to changing business demands.
  • Human Capital Leaders (HR/Talent Dev/Org Dev/Org Effectiveness/Recruiting/DEI/Culture, etc.) who have a perspective on the pros and cons of blended workforces and/or an example of how their employers are using them.
  • Product and Service Providers (ex. Coaches/Consultants/Specialists/Tech Vendors/Management Advisors) who can share best practices or potential obstacles to consider in order to improve one's chances of finding and landing lucrative contract opportunities.
  • Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain Leaders who can provide insights on how companies strategize about labor costs, procure external services and select their vendors of choice.

We wish we could accept everyone, but due to the volume of applicants and pitches we receive, those which are most compelling [or, if we personally invited you] have a higher likelihood of being booked.  Above all, we're looking for people who can provide value to our listeners, whether that means concrete strategies, pure inspiration, or at times, even entertainment😆.

If you can help us get smarter about Blended Workforces @Work, our podcast team looks forward to hearing from you!

NOTE:  Most recording sessions will also include video, for our YouTube channel.  If you prefer no video, please indicate in the "General Notes" section on the form below.
