Permatours aids those seeking support with regenerative, land-based projects via learn-by-doing events that focus on teaching permaculture, natural building, and community building skills.

We Prioritize Hosts & Projects that:

1) Strive to solve social, environmental, and economic issues

i.e. Food security, affordable housing, clean water (capturing & filtering), and renewable energy
i.e. Projects working with materials and methods that are as affordable and accessible to the majority as possible

2) Support the local community and economy and strive to rely less on corporations and corporate structures

3) Provide a safe space for learning about:

Regeneratively solving for one's basic needs (of water, energy, food & shelter)
Living in communities that strive to:
- Regenerate the earth, community & self
- Encourage self-directed action, leadership, authentic self expression and sharing gifts in service of earth, community and self
- Alternative forms of trade and exchange

4) Aspire to host Permatours and members of the Permatours community (and other aligned peoples and groups) after a Permatours project occurs onsite to foster ongoing education & community development at the location
