2025 Attending Filmmaker Form

We are so thrilled that you will be attending the 23rd Annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival, happening February 13-17, 2025. We can't wait to meet you! But first, let's talk ticketing, appearances, and lodging.

Please read through and complete the form thoroughly so that we can accommodate you to the best of our abilities. We'll be taking all the information you provide into consideration, so please be as detailed about your needs and preferences as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: The deadline to request complimentary accommodation in the home of a local host is December 12th. We cannot guarantee lodging requested after this date.

Each film will receive no more than two in-person filmmaker passes.

We will also be offering the opportunity to purchase festival passes at 20% off for two additional guests.

Details on how to claim your Filmmaker Pass and discounts are forthcoming.

If you have any special needs outside of this please contact us with your request.

Please let us know if your plans change after you've submitted this form.

We know that recent years have been quite different from previous ones and that you may have some questions and concerns about attending the festival and participating in a homestay during COVID-19. We have updated the form with a new section regarding this subject. All of the information disclosed is confidential and will be used only by staff to make the best possible matches.

This event is a production of the non-profit river conservation organization, the South Yuba River Citizens League (SYRCL) and is our signature fundraising event. If you will not need your second pass, please let us know so we can sell that pass to another attendee.

If you have questions about your perks or the festival in general, visit Filmmaker Resources (link & password above) or contact Darlene J. Weiss, our Festival Coordinator, at coordinator@wildandscenicfilmfestival.org
