Entrupy Sneakers Financial Guarantee Application Form

Entrupy aims to help our customers make sure that the items they sell are authentic. We stand behind the authenticity of any item we authenticate (each, a “Certified Item”) and provide our customers a one-year financial guarantee for every Certified Item (the “Guarantee”). While you may use the Guarantee in connection with your customers, the Guarantee is only offered to our direct customers (i.e., organizations or individuals who purchase Entrupy services) and all claims related to the Guarantee must be made by you, and not your customers. If an individual in possession of a Certified Item contacts us with questions or concerns about such item, we will refer them to the Entrupy customer from whom they bought the item.

Please read and acknowledge all of the key terms from Entrupy's Financial Guarantee Policies described below:

The Financial Guarantee may not be claimed for these items for which authentication results and certificates have been invalidated.*

Entrupy Financial Guarantee is only offered to Entrupy’s direct customers (i.e., organizations or individuals who use Entrupy services) and all claims related to the Guarantee must be made by the most recent Certificate Holder.*

Entrupy reserves the right to pay the fair market value of the item, if the documented purchase price is higher than the prevailing market rate.*

You have the authority to relinquish ownership of this item to Entrupy in the event that the authentic result is not affirmed. No other third party entity can claim agency or ownership over this item.*

For sneakers, you will ship to Entrupy both shoes, which are identical to the pair of sneakers initially authenticated by Entrupy and for which a valid Certificate was issued.*

If the manual review confirms that Entrupy correctly assessed the item as Authentic, Entrupy will charge you for all shipping and external authentication costs incurred during the dispute process as shown below:
