Program Overview
The Indian Administrative Fellowship (IAF) is an 18-month initiative designed to accelerate the adoption of innovative technologies within public systems. This program offers a unique platform for collaboration between senior civil servants and experienced corporate executives to co-create and implement large-scale, strategic government programs. The Fellowship is now expanding its footprint and is now launching in Ranchi with its partnership with the Government of Jharkhand.

Who we are looking for
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 15 years in senior leadership roles (CXO, VP, GM) with a proven track record in spearheading transformational tech-focused projects.
  • Sectoral Expertise: Demonstrated success across various sectors, particularly in consulting, technology, corporate leadership or entrepreneurship.
  • Relocation & Travel: Fellows will be based out of Ranchi, Jharkhand with occasional travel throughout the Fellowship tenure.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi will be desirable.

While the Fellowship is ideally suited for C-suite executives, exceptional mid-career professionals with significant achievements may also apply.
