The applicant agrees with the Lebanese Moslem Association to use Masjid Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib also known as Lakemba Mosque on the following conditions:

· Women are not permitted to enter the Men’s section

· Strictly NO FOOD, drinks, sweets can be consumed in the Mosque

· No mess/rubbish to be left behind in the Mosque

· Notify the General Manager of the LMA of any breakage or damage that occurred during the event.

· $300.00 venue fee must be paid (cover overhead costs)

· $200.00 bond must be paid
