Tournament Accommodation Request

Destination Imagination is committed to providing accommodations for participants with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or other types of access needs. To request an accommodation regarding a team's Team Challenge or Instant Challenge experience at their tournament, please fill out the form below with as much information as possible. One request per form, please, though you may fill out the form as many times as necessary. Our Educational Experiences team will review your request and get back to you. In the meantime, any additional questions can be directed to AskDI@dihq.org.
