Terms & Conditions :

- Instruments received with a No Problem Found diagnosis may be subject to a $25 minimum bench fee + shipping.

- Instruments are expected to be dropped off at Sky Music within 7 days of booking, or your form may need to be re-submitted. Your booking does not join the queue until the instrument arrives at Sky Music.

- Quote & Warranty estimates provided initially are subject to change.
Customers will be notified regarding any changes prior to action being commenced.

- Unique parts requested for any service may be considered a special order which require full payment before goods can be ordered.

- Final payment(s) for any service provided must be processed before instrument is collected/shipped.

- Customers who fail to collect their instruments within 2 weeks from date of notification that work has been completed will be provided written clarification that Sky Music intends to dispose of or sell the ‘uncollected goods’ if not collected within 28 days. If written notice cannot be provided, Sky Music will hold the goods for 180 days before disposing of or selling the goods.

- Sky Music provides a 30 day warranty on all repair work completed.

- All repairs and modifications carried out by Sky Music may impact manufacturer warranty.
