2025 VASA Membership Application Instructions for Additional Vehicles
Welcome! To apply, enter your name and email. If you were a member in the past five years or recently input your first vehicle, your info may pre-fill—edit as needed. Most fields are required.
Upload a photo of this machine's current DMV ATV registration. The name on this application must match the registered owner (either name if jointly registered).
Select a primary VASA club to join. You may also support additional clubs separately via separate links to Club-Only or a Donation can be added as you checkout and pay.
Membership Fees
After submission, you'll receive a 10-Day Pass via email. Once your application is reviewed and processed, we’ll email you a 2025 Final Trail Pass and mail your Trail Access Decals to your address of record. Attach decals to front and back of your vehicle.

Welcome to the Vermont ATV Sportsman's Association (VASA). By accessing, using, or participating in VASA’s services, programs, or events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services, you must sign and date to acknowledge.
By using any VASA services, purchasing a trail access decal, participating in OHV activities, or engaging with any VASA-affiliated clubs, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue your participation and use of VASA’s services immediately.
- Eligibility: Membership in VASA and access to VASA trails require the purchase of a trail access decal, which must be displayed on your OHV as specified by VASA guidelines.
- Non-Transferability: Memberships and decals are non-transferable unless expressly allowed by VASA via formal request. Memberships and decals are assigned to a specific individual and OHV.
- Refunds and Cancellations: All sales of decals and memberships are final. Refunds will not be provided except as required by applicable law.
- Member Registration: Members must provide accurate information when registering for membership. Any falsified information may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
- Member TAD Registration: To access VASA trails, members must register with VASA to obtain their Trail Access Decal (TAD). Registration requires providing accurate OHV details and personal information. Failure to register or maintain current TAD information may result in loss of trail access privileges.
- Renewal: Memberships and trail access decals must be renewed annually, and it is the responsibility of the member to ensure timely renewal to avoid disruptions in trail access.
- Age Requirements: All riders under the age of 16 must have direct supervision of an individual 18 years of age or older who does not have a suspended operator’s license or privilege to operate to register and participate in VASA activities. For safety requirements please refer to User Responsibilities>Safety Requirements.
- Compliance with Laws and Rules: Members and guests must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as VASA’s rules and policies regarding the operation of OHVs on designated trails, including but not limited to wearing a helmet on all off-highway vehicles(OHV) per state statute, obtaining liability insurance on all machines as well as all machines must be registered as an ATV, both of which must be carried with your machine at all times.
- Safety Requirements: Riders 18 years or younger must complete an OHV safety course required by Vermont state statute. Although VASA does recommend that riders of all ages take the course. VASA encourages family participation in safety training.
- Code of Conduct: Members must operate OHVs safely and respectfully. Reckless riding, property damage, and harassment of other riders or landowners is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.
- Access and Hours: Trails are accessible only to VASA members with a valid trail access decal during designated hours. Unauthorized use of trails is prohibited.
- Closures: Trail access is subject to seasonal, weather-related, and emergency closures. VASA reserves the right to close trails at its discretion.
- Assumption of Risk: Riding an OHV involves inherent risks. Members acknowledge and accept all risks associated with OHV operation, including the risk of personal injury, property damage, or death.
- VASA is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs on its trails, during its events, or as part of its activities, unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of VASA.
- Members agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless VASA, its affiliates, employees, and volunteers from any claims arising out of their participation in OHV activities.
- Personal Information: VASA collects personal information, such as name, contact information, and payment details, for membership and administrative purposes.
- Data Security: VASA takes reasonable steps to protect member data but cannot guarantee complete security.
- Use of Data: VASA may use member information to inform members about events, policy updates, and safety courses.
- Ownership: VASA’s logos, trademarks, content, and materials are the property of VASA and may not be used without prior written consent.
- Grounds for Termination: VASA may suspend or terminate membership for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to non-compliance with rules, reckless behavior, or failure to pay fees.
- Notice of Termination: Members will be notified of suspension or termination via their registered contact information.
- VASA reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through email or VASA’s website.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont.
- Disputes: Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, arbitration in Vermont.
