I hereby agree to the above training plan and agree that Wildfire Equestrian is not liable for any injury, damage or less to any person, horse, gear or part there of; under any circumstance. At all times Wildfire Equestrian will endeavor to uphold all ethical training methods and maintain a safe and secure environment. If at anytime veterinary attention is required or if there are changes to the horse or contract; the owner will be contacted and issues discussed and resolved. If the owner (s) are unable to be contacted, Wildfire Equestrian will seek to resolve the issue, whether with veterinary attention or alike, with the best interests of horse and related parties in mind.

I confirm that I have received a detailed pricelist of the fees and charges incurred for the time that my horse is under the care of Wildfire equestrian and agree to these payment terms.

All payments are to be made one week in advance and should the owner fall behind in payments without any contact to Wildfire Equestrian, the horse, gear or other can be sold to recover lost costs and damages within 2 weeks of the last receipted payment.
