Cancellation Reporting- For Existing Bookings
See 'Student Training Absence Notice' form for not yet scheduled dates

- Instructional bookings (Dual, Solo, SIM, PGI) and rental flights cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a late cancellation fee of $150.00+ gst will apply.

- If a student or renter does not arrive for a scheduled booking or cancels within 2 hours of the booking, a no-show fee of $100.00+ gst may be billed for each hour of the booking.

- As per the FTOM, students and renters are to be at the school a minimum of 30mins prior to their booking. Failure to do so, will result in a no-show charge.

Cancellation due to weather? 
Weather cancellations are to be confirmed with your instructor prior to request and must include a detailed reason. (e.g. 'Cancelling due to weather - high winds(25g30)/low ceiling (1000') - cannot complete lesson’)

SATC Administration and Instructors are not responsible for determining "acceptable reasoning" on any cancellation charges incurred due to a late cancellation and/or no show. Grievances regarding these types of charges will need to be brought to the attention of management for further consideration.
