Regarding flights, we typically book departure flights as early as possible and return flights as late as possible. Flights are booked from one of the airports in the closest major city (Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio) to you, and flight times cannot be guaranteed. Airport selection will be based on pricing that fits within the trip budget. Please note the following: Luggage fees, home city airport transportation, and meals at the airport will not be included in your package price. Please list any specific requests you have regarding flights, and we will do the best we can to accommodate.
