Please take a moment to read the information below very carefully. Xcelerate is teamed up with Rational Unicorn Legal Services, a community based business law firm, to provide legal guidance to help vulnerable small business owners. This program does not pay for legal services. This program provides legal guidance in the following business categories:

Entity formation,
Trademarking, Patents, Copyrighting and other Intellectual Property,
Business Contract Review,
Revising and Drafting Partnership and Equity Agreements,
Lease Negotiation and Contract Review.

How does it work?
Submit your questions/concerns here and we will connect you with a consultation if your request fits the parameters of the program. Please be as specific as possible. Rational Unicorn does offer free 30 minute consultations here if you believe your needs can be met in that time or if you're unsure whether you need full legal services or would benefit from legal guidance.

We cannot pay for legal services that you need to contract directly. This program can only offer guidance and mentorship on an issue that you are struggling to navigate for up to 2 hours.

What does it cost?
Xcelerate charges a small administrative fee of $35 per coach pairing. The cost of the coach and the support is free to you. Prosper Portland and Business Oregon are generously subsidizing coaching and mentorship for women business owners. If the admin costs pose a burden, scholarships are available.

Am I eligible?
Xcelerate serves women and gender expansive entrepreneurs with growing and scaling their businesses. At this time, we only serve businesses with a product/service on the market that have been generating revenue for at least a year. Xcelerate reserves the right to decline service if it does not fit within our program parameters.

I acknowledge that this is business coaching not a business service. I must show up prepared and ready to put the work into learning from my coach/mentor. I commit to being on time, prepared, focused and ready to do the work upon my scheduled time with a coach.*

The administrative fee is $35 per coach pairing. This means you pay $35 to be introduced to a coach, regardless of how many hours of support you receive. If you ask to be introduced to another coach, you would incur an additional $35. You will not be charged again for more time with the same coach. We will invoice you for the administrative fee prior to introducing you to your coach. If these terms pose a financial burden, please request support to cover the fee. We don't want money to be a barrier to receiving support.*

Follow up surveys and post service check-ins are a regular part of receiving support from publicly funded programs. I agree to complete requested feedback promptly and candidly.*
