Everyday Habits for Transforming Systems Superuser Study Group

Everyday Habits for Transforming Systems is about how individual actions can contribute to collective impact. Adam Kahane wrote the book in dialogue with 300+ members of a Book (Creating) Club and wants to continue this approach with this new Book (Using) Club.

Over three consecutive Tuesday in June 2025, he will facilitate three one-hour sessions that will include multiple teams of  24+ "super-users" who will both study the book together and then support one another to put it into practice. The sessions will take place on June 3, 10, and 17 from 11 AM-12 PM Montreal time (GMT -4).

Addendum: Adam will facilitate an additional two-hour session for teams of super-users based in East Asia or Australia. This session will take place on June 11 from 10 AM-12 PM Melbourne time (GMT +10).

A "team coordinator" invites 23 (or more) of their colleagues and, after they've done this, each of them must (for data privacy reasons) fill in this form and include the name of their coordinator.

Although the sessions will be free, every team must have a minimum of 24 members and they must all have read the book before June 3.

Either the coordinator of each team can give every member a copy of the book, buying paper, audio, and/or e-book copies from their local bookseller or here, or each person can buy their own copy.

(To suit users for whom the above approach won't work, Adam will also be doing webinars, speeches, and podcasts, and will post news about upcoming events on his LinkedIn feed.)

In April we'll send out the Zoom links and other preparatory information.

The book will be published on April 8, and available for pre-order now. You will need to obtain a copy and read it before the first Study Group session on June 3. Have you already ordered a copy?*
