*One (1) .gcpkg (Pack and Go) file that was used to create the g-code program (Video Tutorial)

If these files are not included, we will be unable to process your request.

Create a Zip File:
1) If your files are in separate folders they will need to be moved to the same folder prior to uploading.
2) Hold down the control button to select multiple files.
3) Right-click and select "Send to".
4) Select "Compressed (zipped) folder".
5) Upload Compressed (zipped) folder.

If files are over 100MB please submit the form and contact us for alternate upload instructions.*
