2024 Luxury League Application

We are thrilled to represent a new class of luxury agents representing the Austin luxury market and look forward to working together to advance your brand in the new year.

Minimum qualifications to apply:
$25,000,000 in total residential sales in 2023,
with 3 residential properties closed over $2,000,000 with a minimum of 2% commission earned.

Applicants will be evaluated on their overall sales total as well as the number of properties sold over $2 million. Membership is limited to 30 agents. All teams or groups interested in applying must apply as individuals, with each team member meeting the minimum criteria. All supporting sales documents used for the application MUST identify the applying agent on the documentation.

Applications are due January 20 and applicants will be notified of their membership status in February. Members will be individually invoiced following the announcement. Membership dues are $2,750 annually.
