Premium Onboarding with a dedicated Onboarding Specialist
or
A la Carte hours to meet with an Onboarding Specialist.

Please tell us about the Tithely Account Owner:

ONBOARDING OPTIONS:

PREMIUM Onboarding will include:

  • An initial Kick-off Call with your dedicated Tithely Onboarding Specialist giving an overview of the onboarding plan and next steps according to your needs, goals, and priorities.
  • Up to five (5) 1-hour Zoom training sessions with a designated representative from your church/organization responsible for implementing your Tithely product(s), alongside your dedicated Onboarding Specialist.
    • Includes guided assistance with setting up giving, subscription products, and training.
    • Launch resources and best practice guidance.
  • Onboarding period spanning up to 60 days with your dedicated Onboarding Specialist.
  • Move-in Transfer Service
    • Our Move-in Transfer Services team will efficiently transfer your data from a CSV file sourced from your previous church management system, giving platform, or other databases.
    • Alternatively, you have the option to utilize the Move-in Transfer Specialist service, in which our specialists will extract the data for you and handle the entire transfer process.
  • Assistance setting up Integration(s), Site, and App
  • Training on additional products as needed
  • Launch Kit and best practices
The total price for the products and services listed above is $599.00 USD. 

A LA CARTE Onboarding will include:

  • A la Carte individual onboarding hours are available to be purchased on an as-needed basis. 
    • A la Carte hours consist of a Zoom meeting with your dedicated Onboarding Specialist covering the areas of your choice as needed to help with setup, training, or questions about your Tithely products.
    • Multiple hours/meetings purchased should be scheduled in consecutive weeks or as available on your Onboarding Specialist's schedule.
The total price for each A la Carte hour is $199.00 USD.

PURCHASE TERMS
The total will be invoiced to the billing payment method on file once this form has been received and must be paid prior to the scheduling of your first onboarding session. If you have several credit cards saved and would like to use a specific one, please email grow+cathy@tithe.ly with the last 4 digits of the card you would prefer to be used for this payment.
