This Release of Liability  and Non- Disclosure Agreement is entered into by and between the undersigned participant and The Earth Temple, represented by Reverend Briana Lynn Cavion and her associates. 

Release of Liability

In consideration of the Participant's involvement with The Earth Temple, the Participant agrees to release and discharge The Earth Temple, Reverend Briana Lynn Cavion, and her associates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, in contract, or in tort, arising from or in any way connected with time spent at the Earth Temple Headquarters or associated locations. 

• Physical Liability: Participant releases The Earth Temple from any liability or responsibility for any physical injuries, illnesses, accidents, or damages incurred.
• Spiritual & Emotional Liability: Participant releases The Earth Temple from any liability or responsibility for any spiritual experiences, outcomes, or emotional distress.
• Financial Liability: Participant releases The Earth Temple from any liability or responsibility for any financial losses, or expenses.

This release extends to claims known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, and specifically includes, without limitation, any and all claims arising from the negligence or fault of The Earth Temple, Reverend Briana Lynn Cavion, or her associates.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

The Participant agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding anything that is stated or shared over the course of their experience. Participant agrees not to disclose, publish, or disseminate any information related to The Earth Temple to any third parties without the expressed written consent of The Earth Temple via rbl@theearthtemple.com.

This non-disclosure obligation encompasses but is not limited to, all discussions, materials, practices, rituals, and personal information exchanged. The Participant understands that unauthorized disclosure may harm The Earth Temple, Reverend Briana Lynn Cavion, or her associates and may result in legal action.

 

Miscellaneous Terms

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the Parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, and any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Bernadino, California.
