Credit - Goods which have been tested and found to be faulty will be credited. Goods which have been tested and found to be working correctly will be returned to you.

Replacement - Goods which have been tested and found to be faulty will be replaced and returned to you on your instruction. If goods are no longer required a credit can be issued.

Repairs - Goods found to be faulty can be repaired FOC. Any goods returned outside the manufacturers warranty period, goods damaged through misuse will be subject to a repair charge.

It is your responsibility to securely pack the product and return to the following address: Rolling Center UK Ltd, Unit 6 Whitehall Cross, Leeds, LS12 5XE. In all cases where no fault is found we reserve the right to charge a minimum shipping fee of £12.50 for return of the item.

Advance Replacements:

Replacement items for goods not manufactured by Rolling Center Ltd will only be arranged after prior agreement with the manufacturer. The warranty on all goods supplied by Rolling Center Ltd is on a return for repair basis. At our discretion and only to credit account holders Rolling Center Ltd may agree to send out advance replacements though this service is not to be expected. Rolling Center Ltd shall not be liable in any way for failure of any product supplied. In particular Rolling Center Ltd shall not be liable for labour costs involved in replacing faulty items or fault finding.

Advance replacements are supplied on the understanding that the original goods will be returned within 14 days of issue. If the original goods are not returned with 14 days then the invoice covering the advance replacement goods will become due and no credit note will be issued.

We may offer a repair, exchange or refund for faulty products in line with manufacturer returns policies, in accordance with your legal rights.

After contacting us to return your order, you have 14 days to return your order to us. All faulty returns will be returned to the manufacturer for testing before a refund is processed. Advance replacements for customers without a credit account must be paid for in advance.

To qualify for the warranty, the faulty items should be free from any material defects and alterations to specification which has been stipulated by the buyer, without Rolling Center approval. The fault should be outside of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working or not following the correct installation conditions, failure to follow manufacturer instructions or misuse. Rolling Center shall not be liable for defects or damage resulting from or connected with improper installation of the products supplied. It is necessary that the installation complies with any applicable safety regulation I force and a technical knowledge for correct installation of the products is always required.
