Acknowledgment*

By submitting this Venue Booking Request Form, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that this form serves solely as an expression of interest in booking the specified venue. This document does not constitute a binding agreement or confirmation of booking.

I further understand that the event requested is not considered booked until a formal Venue Booking Agreement is executed by both parties. The Venue Booking Agreement will outline the terms and conditions of the booking, including but not limited to, date, time, fees, and any additional requirements.

I am aware that any availability or tentative reservation communicated prior to the execution of the Venue Booking Agreement is subject to change and does not guarantee the reservation of the venue for the specified event.

I agree that the Edmonton Unlimited reserves the right to decline or modify any booking request based on availability, suitability, or other considerations.

I acknowledge that I will receive a separate Venue Booking Agreement document, and only upon its successful execution will the event be officially booked.

I acknowledge that if my event is approved, I am required to provide proof of Event Liability Insurance and, if necessary, all licenses as required by the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission.
