Thank you for your interest in being a guest on the Lead at the Top of Your Game podcast! My audience is full of aspiring and experienced leaders in the world of work and business, who desire to accelerate strengthening their leadership skills in hopes of making a bigger impact at their employer or in their profession/industry.  Most of them also desire to transform their personal brand into a note-worthy leadership brand.

I'm currently looking for any one of the following who has a unique story, case study or advice of leadership excellence and/or leadership failure to share:
  • Company Executives or Broad Business Leaders
  • Human Capital Leaders (HR/Talent Dev/Org Dev/Org Effectiveness/Recruiting/DEI/Culture, etc.)
  • Private Equity or Venture Capital Executives
  • Journalists, bloggers or media personalities who have a deeply researched story on an outstanding or failed leadership effort
  • Human Capital Service Providers (ex. Coaches/Consultants/Specialists) 
  • Anyone with unique strategies or perspectives for developing strong leaders who differentiate themselves from their peers or competitors


I wish I could accept everyone, but due to the volume of applicants and pitches I receive, those which are most compelling [or, if I personally invited you] have a higher likelihood of being booked.  Above all, I'm looking for people who can provide value to my listeners, whether that means concrete strategies, pure inspiration, or at times, even entertainment😆.

Tell me a little about you and the topic/story/case study/leadership advice you would like to share on the podcast.  We need a specific  story or example, as that is what is of interest to our audience.  Also list 2-4 questions which would be ideal for me to ask you.

IN YOUR OPINION, WHICH LEADERSHIP TACTIC IDENTIFIED IN MY RESEARCH MOST RESONATES WITH YOU?

I have conducted extensive research on highly successful leaders, of which the data indicated the top seven tactics which were most critical to their success.  Please be prepared to share which of the following leadership tactics resonate with you and why.

  • Leading with Intellectual Horsepower - Using your areas of expertise to "peek around corners" in order to spot trends, connect the dots, and identify new areas of opportunity that others miss.
  • Leading with Courageous Agility - Having the fortitude to take calculated risks to stand up for what you believe and do the right thing, even when the consequences and/or future are unclear.
  • Leading with Strategic Decision-Making - Making good decisions or leading a good decision-making process, based on top strategic goals and priorities.
  • Leading with Intrapreneurship -Building the organization by identifying new opportunities to develop or improve operations, products, or services.
  • Leading with a Drive for Results -  Being persistent and tenacious in ensuring that goals are achieved.
  • Leading with Executive Presence -  Making clear and convincing oral and/or written presentations, in order to influence and lead others.
  • Leading with Stakeholder Savvy -  Assessing interpersonal dynamics and operating effectively in a variety of social situations.

I acknowledge that I have no ownership rights in the Podcast and I hereby voluntarily and without compensation authorize full use of the aforementioned content. The Host is not obligated to utilize the rights granted in this Agreement.

I have read and understood this agreement and I am over the age of 18. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties.  By submitting my guest application, I am also submitting approval of the terms of this agreement and am bound hereafter.
