FAQs:
Bookings are ONLY for groups of 10 or more.
If booking for less, please include details in the form. Minimum charge is our base rate.

Costs:
Single Kayak & SUP Hire Base = $450 (10 participants)
Mixed Equipment Hire Base = $450 (10 Participants)
ONLY Double Kayak Hire Base= $400 (10 Participants)

Extra participants = $17 per head

Single Kayak (6)
Double Kayak (6)
Stand-Up Paddleboard (10)

Booking confirmation: 
We will confirm your booking AFTER we have secured staff for your requested day/time. If they are not available, we will work with you to find a suitable day/time.

Final numbers for any activity must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the start date of the event (Invoices will be issued at this time).

Invoices must be paid before the session start time.

Cancellation Policy:
Bookings cancelled...

- more than 48 hours in advance will not be charged

- within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the quoted price

- due to the weather will not incur any costs and we will work with you to find another suitable time.
