BARCLAYS LONDON MID-LEVEL ACCELERATOR (MLA) APPLICATION

The MLA is a 16-week course, designed for women who want to upskill and move forward within one of the fastest-growing industries in the world. We work hard to upskill women and non-binary people by placing them into tech roles upon successfully completing the MLA.

To complete the MLA, you will need to have available: a working laptop (Chromebooks are not compatible with this course) with a camera, microphone and a stable wifi connection. The course will take place 6:30-8:30pm, UK time. Please ensure you are able to commit to these timings before signing up for the course.

The MLA is a 16-week programme that runs twice a year - prior to the course starting, you will need to be available for a tech assessment, video interview and job interview (if there is a role attached to the sponsorship). In order to progress your application, you will need to be available to attend an interview and complete the training within the below dates. The course is virtual and you will be required join the sessions remotely with a microphone and camera. The MLA will run four evenings a week. For more information, please visit our MLA page.
