Hosted SMS & Verified Caller ID Form

Use this form to request Hosted SMS and/or Verified Caller ID to one or more existing number(s) in ExpertConnect. This can be done in place of porting a number to ExpertConnect

Hosted SMS allows a dealership to mask an ExpertConnect team phone number with an existing legacy phone number. Any texts to the legacy phone number will automatically forward into ExpertConnect.

Verified Caller ID allows ExpertConnect to use a dealership's existing phone number (with another carrier) for outbound caller ID with a team in ExpertConnect. This process should be combined with either Hosted SMS or WhatsApp BYON for messaging.

After a form has been completed and we verify the number(s) is able to be hosted, the ExpertConnect team will reach out to schedule a meeting to complete the process. SMS functionality may be delayed an additional day due to regulatory compliance forms needing to be approved.

Note: Not all numbers are eligible to be hosted.
