Jefferson Lines Refund Request Form For Refundable Tickets
Please note, all tickets after their date and time of travel will expire and are not eligible for reschedule.  


Refundable Tickets:
If you have a refundable ticket and it is before the date and time of travel, you may request a ticket refund under the following criteria:  

 

  • Date/Time of original ticket cannot be in the past:
    • The original refundable ticket must be rescheduled prior to the date/time on the original ticket. If the date/time of the original ticket has passed, the ticket is no longer refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • For roundtrip tickets, refunds will only be applied to the unused portions of the trip:
    • If you have a roundtrip ticket, but only used one leg of the ticket, you may request a partial refund for the fully unused leg of the trip. Partially used one-way tickets are non-refundable.

 

  • A 20% processing fee will be applied for refundable tickets: 
    • Refundable tickets will be charged a 20% processing fee and must be requested by the original purchaser.

 

  • To receive your refund, you can either fill out the below online refund form, mail-in the below refund form or contact Customer Care
 
    • Customer Care Information: Contact our team at 858-800-8898 to reschedule your ticket. 
      • Mon-Fri: 7:30AM - 7:00PM
      • Sat-Sun: 7:30AM - 4:00PM 

    • Mail-in option: Fill out the below form and mail it to the below address.
