After-Hours Emergency Ticket


The Nimbello Support Team is staffed Monday to Friday 8am ET to 5pm ET, excluding observed US holidays.  Please review our Nimbello Support Offering for additional information.

We care about keeping your AP operation running optimally.  After-Hours Emergency Support is reserved for specific emergency situations.  Your request must meet one of the following criteria to qualify for after-hours support:

  • System down > Nimbello cannot be accessed at all

  • Limited system access > Multiple users cannot access or login to Nimbello.

  • Integration failing > Nimbello has broken the integration

  • Ready to Export is Empty > Zero invoices are making it to Ready to Export

  • We can't do a Check Run > Due to Nimbello system failures, we CANNOT pay our vendors

If your request does not meet the emergency criteria, it will be reviewed during standard business hours.
We very likely will need to call you if this is an emergency.
