Cookie Decorating Class Request Form

Please complete the following to request a cookie decorating class from Ashley's Cookie Art. A class will include decorating three sugar cookies with royal icing and I will bring all necessary tools. I try to respond to requests within 24-48 hours.

Terms of Service


PAYMENT
Full payment is required to secure your spot on the calendar. After I confirm your class details, an invoice will be sent via email/text. You can have everyone pay you and then you pay me one lump sum, or you can have everyone pay me individually. Dates are first come, first serve and depend on the availability of the clubhouse (if applicable).

ALLERGIES
Cookies are baked in a home kitchen with known food allergens including but not limited to: MILK, EGGS, TREE NUTS, PEANUTS, WHEAT, SOYBEANS, FISH, SHELLFISH. I cannot accommodate any food allergies at this time.

NO SHOW
I will make enough cookies for everyone who purchased a ticket.  If someone is not able to make it to the class, I will give his/her cookies and icing to someone in the class to give to him/her at a later date.  The instructional time cannot be made up.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS
A full class refund will be given if the cancellation is made 1 week or more before the date of the class UNLESS my neighborhood clubhouse was reserved.  If the clubhouse was reserved and a cancellation is requested 1 week or more before the class date, a full refund will be given MINUS the non-refundable deposit (currently set at $100 by my HOA).  A 50% refund will be given if cancellation is made within 2-6 days before the class date, if another date cannot be arranged.  Cancellations made 48 hours or less from the class date are not eligible for a credit or refund, if another date cannot be arranged.  If I need to cancel a class, a full refund will be given if another date cannot be arranged.

CARE & HANDLING
Ashley’s Cookie Art is not responsible for damage to the cookies after the class.  Please keep the cookies away from heat, let them dry without being covered, and handle the cookie box with care.

MARKETING
I respect the privacy of all of my customers.  I will not disclose the identity of clients without permission.  I do however reserve the right to all photos & videos of the cookies to use on my social media platforms and for other marketing materials.
