On Wednesday, September 21, at 3:00 PM, IWL will gather in the Lunda Room (Marquette University Alum. Memorial Union) to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Title IX. Dr. Chris Navia (VP of Inclusive excellence) will moderate a panel discussion about the history of Title IX, what Title IX has done, and possibilities for the future of Title IX with an interdisciplinary panel of experts: Megan Duffy (Women's Basketball Head Coach, MU); Kristen Kreple, JD (Title IX Coordinator, MU); Kali Murray, MA, JD (Administration Law & Legal History Expert, MU); and Jeff Ramsey, PhD (Historian). The panel will be followed by opportunities to mingle and network with panelists and other attendees.
