Become a Volunteer for Tax Help New Mexico

Learn how to do your own taxes, and your family and friends taxes while also helping your community.

Tax Help New Mexico is a free tax-filing resource for people whose household income is $60,000 or less or those who are 65 years or older.

After completing the United Way of North Central New Mexico's Tax Help volunteer program you will be an IRS-qualified tax preparer. We will guide and train all participants as well as provide all training materials free of charge.
