Billing Change Request

Submit your request to Accounting for subscription/billing modifications. Incomplete submissions may require clarification.
  • Unfreeze: for Inactive accounts reactivating to 1 or more active positions
  • Upgrade: for Active accounts requesting 2 or more positions
  • Purchased Add-on: for custom add-ons purchased
  • Downgrade: for Accounts with 2 or more positions currently
  • Cancellation: for accounts requesting to cancel
    • will be deprecated shortly and will be required to be submitted via customer ONLY - pending date to implement
  • Credit/Refund: for account disputes requesting compensation
    • NOTE: we ONLY provide credits for accounts if approved for valid reasons - Refunds are NOT given to accounts except for extreme circumstances where fault is due to mismanagement (subject to account review)

IMPORTANT: Seasonal Freeze has been discontinued - during times of inactivity, customers can downgrade to our non-managed Base Plan (see pricing page for current pricing)
Copy/Paste the email address from your Contacts profile (Make sure Contact is associated with a Company)
IMPORTANT: Proper expectations must be set with the customer - you must explain that any credits (not refunds) will be discussed with the billing team on the upcoming Tuesday and will be addressed then.
