Guest Claim Submission Form

Guests can use this form to submit a claim directly to Hometime.

In cases where guests experience significant issues during their stay and believe they are entitled to a refund due to inconveniences, they must submit a claim request to Hometime within 24 hours of the incident. Please note that Hometime will not accept guest claims filed more than 24 hours after check-out.
