Smart and Skilled Expression of Interest Form 2025

NSW Government Subsidised Smart and Skilled Funding

AUSTSWIM is offering a fully subsidised training opportunity under the NSW Government Smart and Skilled program. This initiative aims to support individuals in NSW who are unemployed, seeking to change careers, or who wish to gain units of competency to work towards a full qualification. Eligible candidates must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, permanent Australian residents, or hold humanitarian visas (evidence will be required upon request). The course, conducted over a blended format includes a face-to-face workshop, workplace training, and an online assessment. On completion, candidates will receive the AUSTSWIM Licence which is valid for 3 years. 

Additional requirements include obtaining:
1. A cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification and;
2. A working with children check (WWCC) (not required for individuals under 18)
