Booths will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis; upon receipt of payment. A la carte items only include sponsorship of that item (booth space not included)

Payment Method

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

Payment for sponsorship must be received within 30 days from the date of invoice. Failure to remit payment prior to the commencement of the conference may result in automatic cancellation of the sponsorship. The organizing committee reserves the right to reallocate sponsorship opportunities in the event of non-payment.

Refund Policy

No refunds.

Sponsor Responsibility and Liability

The sponsor acknowledges and agrees that they assume full responsibility and liability for any losses, damages, and claims that may arise as a result of the sponsor’s activities on the venue premises. The sponsor hereby undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless Invenco by GVR, the venue, its owners, organizers, and representatives from any and all such losses, damages, and claims incurred during the course of the exhibition or related events. This responsibility and liability extend to any actions, negligence, or misconduct on the part of the sponsor, its employees, agents, or representatives.
